Q: How much is shipping?

A: Shipping rates are based on the the total weight of items in your order. This will be calculated in the checkout process.

 

Q: When will I receive my order?

A: Orders are fulfilled and shipped within 24-72 hours, after purchasing. All orders are shipped via USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail. Shipping time frame is 2-7 days. Please note that shipping length may vary during holiday seasons.

 

Q: When will I know when my order is shipped?

A: You will be notified via email, when your order has shipped. A tracking number will be provided.

 

Q: Where is my order? Tracking says it was delivered.

A: Please contact USPS and provide them with your designated tracking number. Once items are shipped, USPS is responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Q: What sizes are provided?

A: We offer a variety of sizes. From baby onesies to adult 3XL. Please refer to item specifications under each listing for fit and sizing details.
