Shipping policy

Shipping Cost

The final shipping cost is calculated based on the total weight of all items in your order and final destination. 

Order Processing Time

Your order will be fulfilled and processed within 48 hours, from time of order placement. Fulfilled orders are items that are currently in stock. Personalized and special order requests may take several weeks, please email: katelyn@infinitecollections.com, for more information on timing.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped through USPS. We offer two shipping classes; First Class and Priority Mail. Please select preferred shipping class, during the checkout process.

Shipping Timeframe

Orders are shipped Monday thru Friday. Orders should arrive within 1-5 days, depending on shipping class.
Please note: during high volume shipping seasons (holidays etc.) and/or COVID-19 pandemic, unexpected delays in timeframes may happen.

Shipping Notification

Once your package has shipped, an email and/or text will be sent, providing your tracking number.  

Lost Or Damaged Parcels

Infinite Collections is not responsible for lost or damaged parcels. If items become lost or damaged in transit, claims can be filed with USPS.

Returned Items

If a return is accepted (see return policy), return shipping rates are responsibility of the buyer.
