Infinite Collections Return & Exchange Policy

Our return and exchange policy is valid for 30 days, from date items were received. After 30 days, you are not eligible for a return or exchange of item(s).

Returns are eligible only if they are received in their original condition and with no signs of wear. If items were worn or washed, they are not eligible for a return. 

Returns

Please reference return policy above, before initiating a return. If returns do not adhere to our policy, you will be contacted and items will be returned. Infinite Collections reserves the right of refusal or refund, if items show signs of wear, damage, and/or alteration.

• Complete the return form in your order, that was included with your order
• Package items with form
• Ship items using the shipping carrier of your choice. (We are not responsible for lost or damaged items in transit) 
• Once your package is received, please allow 7 days for return to be processed. You will be notified via email once processed.

Exchanges

We are unable to guarantee items and size availability, once a return is received for exchange. We kindly suggest placing an additional order for the items needed, as soon as possible. Then sending the previous order back, for a full refund. 

Defective Items

We strive for customer satisfaction. We are very meticulous about delivering high quality items, but for some reason you do receive an item that is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 2 business days. We will be more than happy to correct the issue.
